How to Withdraw a Saving Account Application

Saving account applications that have a status of Pending Approval may be withdrawn (typically a saving account application is withdrawn on the request of the client, group, or center). When a saving account application is withdrawn, its status changes to Cancel (withdrawn).

To withdraw a saving account application

Locate the saving account by navigating to it through the client or group that holds the saving account and clicking on the account to view it.

  1. Select More and Withdrawn by client from the action bar.

  2. Select the Withdrawn on date from the calendar pop-up.

  3. Type any relevant notes.

  4. Click Submit.
