# How to Modify a Term Deposit Account Application

Term deposit account applications that are **Pending Approval** may be modified.

### **To modify a term deposit account application**

To modify a term deposit account application for a client, select the client (*needs link to how to find a client)*. Click the **General** tab.

1. Click the term deposit account to be modified from the list of accounts in the **Saving Account Overview** section.
2. Make desired changes to the [term deposit account fields](https://docs.mifos.org/mifosx/user-manual/for-operational-users-mifos-x-web-app/accounts-and-transactions/deposit-accounts/term-deposit-accounts-fixed-deposit-recurring-deposit/how-to-create-a-term-deposit-account-application/term-deposit-account-fields).
3. Click **Submit**.

The term deposit account application will be updated with a status of Pending Approval.
