Term deposit account applications that have a status of Pending Approval may be rejected. When a term deposit account application is rejected, its status changes to Cancel (rejected).
To reject a term deposit account application
Locate the term deposit account by navigating to it through the client that holds the loan account.
Select More and Reject from the action bar.
Select the Rejected on date from the calendar pop-up.
